Terms of Service

1. What Vibe Partners Is

Vibe Partners is a platform that connects people who need development help with developers who can provide it. We use AI to suggest matches, but we are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or working relationship between users. We are a marketplace — not an employer, agency, or guarantor.

2. Accounts

You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vibe Partners. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post spam, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to manipulate the AI matching system
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the platform without permission

4. AI Matching

Our AI analyzes developer profiles and bounty descriptions to suggest matches. These are suggestions only — not endorsements, guarantees of quality, or guarantees of fit. You are responsible for evaluating any developer before working with them.

5. Payments

Vibe Partners does not process payments. Any financial arrangements, including pricing, payment methods, and refunds, are made directly between users. Vibe Partners is not responsible for disputes arising from these arrangements.

6. Your Content

You own the content you post (bounties, proposals, messages, profile information). By posting content on Vibe Partners, you grant us a license to display it on the platform. You can delete your content at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vibe Partners is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the quality of work performed by developers, financial losses, or disputes between users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vibe Partners after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
